The Oscar & Milo website ( www.oscarandmilo.co ) is operated by an independent trader established in Belgium. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Oscar & Milo.
By accessing our site and/or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these General Conditions of Sale and Use (GCSU) , as well as by the associated policies (Privacy Policy, Return Policy, Legal Notices).
These T&Cs apply to all users of the site: visitors, customers, suppliers, partners.

ARTICLE 1 – CONDITIONS OF USE OF THE SHOP

By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you declare that you have reached the age of legal majority in your country of residence and are able to make an online purchase.
Our products are intended for personal use (pet products and accessories for their owners). Any inappropriate or diverted use is not our responsibility.

ARTICLE 2 – PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

  • Our products include physical items shipped to the address specified at the time of ordering, as well as digital ebooks delivered instantly by email after purchase.

  • Descriptions, images and prices are presented as faithfully as possible, but differences may appear (screen display, supplier impressions).

  • We reserve the right to limit the sale of certain products to a given geographical area (currently: European Union, primarily French-speaking countries).

ARTICLE 3 – PRICE, PAYMENT AND INVOICING

  • All prices are shown in euros including all taxes.

  • Depending on your connection country, an automatic conversion into the local currency may be offered for information purposes.

  • Payment methods accepted via Shopify Payments: bank cards (Visa, MasterCard, etc.), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Viva Wallet, etc.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any suspicious order (fraud, unauthorized resale, payment anomalies).

ARTICLE 4 – DELIVERY

  • Delivery times are indicated on each product sheet and confirmed when ordering.

  • In the event of unjustified delay, the customer may request cancellation and full reimbursement of the order.

  • Delivery costs are specified before validation of the basket.

ARTICLE 5 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL & RETURNS

In accordance with European law, you have a legal period of 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason for your decision.
Returns must be sent to our warehouse in Belgium:
Oscar & Milo – Gildehof 19 box 102, 1730 Asse (Belgium)
Legal exceptions: digital products delivered immediately (ebooks), personalized products, hygiene products.

ARTICLE 6 – THIRD-PARTY TOOLS AND SERVICES

The site may offer third-party tools, services, or links (payment, carriers, partners). Their use is at your own risk and subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant providers.

ARTICLE 7 – PERSONAL INFORMATION

Your personal data is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy This notably regulates use for marketing purposes (emails, SMS) and compliance with the GDPR.

ARTICLE 8 – PROHIBITED USES

You may not use our site for any fraudulent, illegal, harmful, or immoral purposes. Any abuse, hacking attempt, or fraud will result in immediate exclusion.

ARTICLE 9 – WARRANTIES & LIABILITY

  • The products are provided “as is”, without warranty other than those provided by law.

  • We cannot be held responsible for damage resulting from improper or dangerous use of our products.

  • We cannot be held liable for indirect damage (loss of data, income, etc.).

ARTICLE 10 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this site (texts, images, logos, ebooks, etc.) is protected by copyright. Any unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

ARTICLE 11 – TERMINATION

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the site in the event of non-compliance with these T&Cs.

ARTICLE 12 – APPLICABLE LAW

These General Terms and Conditions are governed by Belgian law. In the event of a dispute, an attempt at amicable settlement will be preferred.

ARTICLE 13 – AMENDMENTS

We may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The current version is the one displayed on this page at the time of ordering.
