SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY – OSCAR & MILO


DELIVERY AREAS

We currently ship our products to the following countries:

  • Belgium

  • France

  • Luxembourg

  • Swiss

Our goal is to gradually expand delivery to the entire European Union, and then internationally.


DELIVERY TIMES

  • Physical products : the average delivery time is 4 to 8 working days after order confirmation.
    ⚠️ During busy periods (sales, holidays), delivery times may be slightly longer.

  • Digital products (ebooks) : sent automatically by email immediately after payment validation .

In the event of a delay of more than 30 days , the customer has the right to request a full refund of their order, in accordance with European legislation.


DELIVERY COSTS

  • Standard delivery : €2.99 per order (fixed rate, valid for all countries served).

  • Digital ebooks : free and delivered by email instantly.


CARRIERS

We work with recognized and reliable carriers:

  • Belgium : Bpost

  • France : Colissimo, Mondial Relay

  • Luxembourg and Switzerland : postal services and local carrier partners

The choice of carrier may vary depending on the delivery address and the type of product ordered.


ORDER TRACKING

As soon as your order is shipped, you will automatically receive a confirmation email with your tracking number .
You can track the progress of your delivery in real time via our Parcel Tracking page.


ORDERS IN MULTIPLE PARCELS

For certain items or depending on the composition of your order, it is possible that your products will be shipped separately.
Each shipment then benefits from independent tracking, communicated by email.


CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

It is your responsibility to provide a complete, accurate and internationally usable address .

  • Abbreviations or incomplete addresses may prevent delivery.

  • In the event of an uncollected package or an untraceable address, the package will be automatically returned to the sender.

  • Oscar & Milo cannot be held responsible for any errors or omissions in the address provided by the customer.


DELAYS AND DISPUTES

Although we do our best to meet the announced deadlines, these are given for information purposes only.
In case of abnormal delay or proven loss of the package, our customer service is at your disposal at: info.oscarmilo@gmail.com .
If delivery is not made within a maximum of 30 days , you can request a full refund of your order.


DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Ebooks and digital content are sent instantly by email after order validation.
⚠️ No delivery charges apply and no withdrawal is possible after dispatch, in accordance with European regulations.
